Are-you going to bring back that option in parameters?

What would be useful:

- Ability to backup files at regular intervals on external device or a cloud service of our choice (OnDrive, Google drive, etc.).

- Ability to create an image of our PC on an external drive.

- Ability to create a boot on that drive to restore Windows 11. I means, the external HDD would used to boot, to store the image of our internal drive and also to store copies of files. That drive could appear in the file manage with a special icon to identify it has a rescue drive and should be protected against hackers.

When I go to Settings > System > click on Storage > Advanced Storage options > Backup options i get treated to this dead end screen which doesn't let me do anything installed one drive and even connected the same account and still nothing

How much space is required on this new version of Windows 10 to do a system image?

It's saying my 240GB drive is not enough to make the backup. I have no applications installed yet. Just Windows 10 bare bones!

Is there an option to generate a recovery iso? If no, please add it to latest windows update. Generating an iso, will make easier to place the PC recovery backup on a multi-bootable USB (for example: ventoy). That way you will have one usb instead of multiple ones

No, the process fails before that step, so I don't get the option to make recovery media.

I've only seen that option after the backup completes on other machines. Then it asks if I want to make a recovery disc.

However, backup is aborting with that error, early in the process, so I never get to that step.
